Digital Downloads

Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product (such as a meditation file, PDF guide, or eBook) has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

If you experience any technical issues downloading or accessing your digital files, please contact us immediately, and we will ensure you receive the file you purchased.

Physical Products

For any physical products (such as books or oracle cards), if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
